Cloud PC runs on Azure servers, not locally on physical hardware. 


Below are some common problems and their solution:

  • Slower video streaming speeds (even when file is saved on :E drive)'


- Stream videos from a browser using the local PC on a hotspot connection

- Move files on the Cloud PC :E drive to the local PC :C drive, then watch the video via the local PC


  • Crashes


- Reduce the amount of processes running eg. close unused browsers/software

- Reset/Repair/Reboot Cloud PC



  • Issues booting Cloud PC


- Reset/Repair/Reboot Cloud PC



  • Scaling issues


-Ensure scale is set to the same % on both monitors.
