1. Can you please disconnect your cloud PC and connect again?
2. HQ has provided a cleanup tool that may be executed on your CLOUD COMPUTER
This will:
- Improve Cloud Speeds
- Improve Cloud Speeds
- Improve connectivity
- Remove the old legacy connector ( Citrix )

Unzip and Run the file that automatically downloads


Step 4.)
Press any key to continue and then type 'Y' to allow the black command line box to restart your laptop.
After it is complete (restarting takes 5-10 minutes).
Please click any key to exit.

3. Please reset your Cloud PC, through the below screen. and test it.
